Bourque Mechanical Systems offers an air conditioning service contract that keeps your air conditioning system running at peak performance for $175.00.

Services Provided

Condenser coil and condensate drain cleaning.
Refrigerant level checked for optimum efficiency.
All material and labor necessary to repair unit during contract period with the exception of indoor and outdoor coil and compressor.
$100 off on any condenser, compressor replacement.
All labor will be provided during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Mon. - Fri.
Refrigerant loss and recovery are included up to four(4) lbs.
Condensate pump cleaning and failure are included.

Provisions

That the A-C unit be in good condition at the time of the cleaning.
[Note: Bourque Mechanical Systems reserves the right to reject any contract.]
Bourque Mechanical Systems will not be responsible for damage due to floods, vandalism or acts of nature.
The contract will run for one calendar year from the date of acceptance and payment.
Bourque Mechanical Systems is not responsible for breakdowns of humidifiers and air cleaners.
All items relative to A-C operation in furnace example, blower motor & relay are covered.
Gas furnace service contracts are available to cover other items in furnace.
