 Bourque Mechanical Systems is a full service family owned and operated heating and air conditioning business, dedicated to complete indoor comfort at your home or business.   Our commitment for total customer satisfaction has lead to a slow but steady growth since 1986, as well as to receiving numerous awards from National Grid for outstanding performance.  Bourque is listed as one of National Grid approved H.V.A.C. contractors.  We are located in a 7,000 square foot facility approximately 1/2 mile South of Route 9 & 20 at 330 South Street(9J) Rensselaer, New York. In 2007 Bourque Mechanical Systems sold the most Carrier Infinity and Puron™ systems for their region.

To help you control this expense Bourque Mechanical Systems is providing the Capital Region with high efficiency heating and air conditioning equipment and accessories from Carrier, Weil-McLain and others for natural gas or oil heating systems.  We are proud to be a part of Carrier's Leadership Dealer program. To round out the home or business air quality, Bourque has added Duct Cleaning to its list of services that we are providing the greater Capital Region.
